Dasara 2019 chess Open tourney- Pavan, Manasa clinch titles
Mysuru, Oct:9: C.Pavan of Mysore and Sharan R Setty also of Mysore
tied with 6.5 points from seven rounds, but the former’s better
progressive tie-break score of 29.25 to the later’s 28.75, helped him
to clinch the Open men’s title in the Dasara State-level open chess
championship 2019 held at the Chamundivihar stadium complex here which
concluded on Friday.

In the women’s section former state champion H.R.Manasa with 6.5
points from seven rounds clinched the title.
