The Karnataka State Cricket Association’s Mysore Zonal committee conducts league matches for affiliated clubs of Mysore zone. There are three divisions in the league. The matches are played on a two days basis of two innings (with a provision for a draw), for the first division and one-day format for the second and third division’s (with a provision for a draw).
In the first division three divisions there are 11 teams each.
The top two teams from the second, third and fourth divisions will earn promotion to the first and second and third divisions respectively while the last two teams from the first, second and third divisions will be demoted to the next lower divisions respectively.
