Kho-Kho is a traditional Indian sport which is popular in Mysore. Players from Mysore have gone on to represent the state, country in different tournaments.
The Mysore University women’s and men’s Kho-Kho teams have won laurels in the All-India Inter-University level. Mysore University’s women’s Kho-Kho team won the South zone Inter-University Kho-Kho championships 2017-18 title in the tournament held at Mysuru in October.
The Mysore District Kho-Kho Association has been conducting tournaments from time to time in the district to popularise the sport.
